Carlos, at this car lot made the whole process of buying a car from afar, easy. My daughter recently moved to Hawaii and she needed a car for transportation. We shopped around and found the best car for her here. The owner was patient and not pushy. We would recommend !

I just recently bought a 2008 Toyota Rav4 from Carlo’s Carlot. I came in to buy a different vehicle but it had been bought already so I was recommended this one by them. I was so excited about the find and the process was so smooth. Carlo is a great help and has offered to fix any problems with the car for me if needed. I came back in to the Carlot today to get an air conditioning piece fixed and I was in & out of there in 15 minutes. They are fast, hardworking individuals at the Carlot and I recommend them to anyone looking for a car on island! Mahalos Carlo’s Carlot!!!

I bought a Hyundai at Carlot Hawaii and the experience was excellent. The service was professional, transparent, and prompt. They helped me throughout the entire process and made sure the car was in good condition. Highly recommended if you're looking for good service and reliable vehicles.

I bought a used 2017 Mazda cx-3 here. The service has been great even after I bought the car. They’re very friendly and professional. I checked out a few cars, test drove them and did not feel pressured to buy until I was sure. They say when you buy the car that if there any any issues just bring it in and they’ll check it out, and they’ve held to that. I’m very happy with the car and the customer service.
